Since this client's ads hadn't been working in the past, we started our testing phase to find the right audience.
As well as testing generic audiences, we tested out some more niche audiences as well as lookalikes audiences.
Once the testing phase was complete, we began to scale to the audiences with the highest results.
We also know that when it comes to delivering leads that it's important to have either a killer sales team or a well oiled sales process to turn the leads into cold hard $$. We looked at ways to connect with the leads via a Facebook Group, an automated SMS and email nurture sequence, as well as our own internal appointment setter/ customer service assistant to help the leads convert into qualified booked calls. This process not only
increased trust with the leads, but also increased their knowledge of the brand and helped the sales team to have higher quality conversations.
